For the Second Life fashion addict
What would you do if you got a dress with beautiful textures but its long skirt just doesn’t seem right with certain poses? Do you wear it as it is or not at all? Well, I chose a third way: I edited it a bit and ended up with 3 different outfits.
The dress in question is a beautiful creation by Paper Couture, called In like a lion. The dress is modifiable and comes with two skirts and a nice bow.
For the dress on the left, I shortened one of the skirts, rotate it a bit and attached the bow to the front instead of the back. I also resized the bow and the ribbons.
For the dress in the middle, I used the second skirt. Actually, I used two copies of the same skirt, put one half-way into the other, linked them so that I had one skirt and put it on. In this versio I let the bow adorn my back. I also shortened the glitch pants of the outfit.
On the right, I kept everything but the skirts and added this ecru capri from Armidi. Again the bow was brought to the front. The necklace of the ladies is from Paper Couture and the shoes are from DeLa.
Dress: Paper Couture
Pants: Armidi Limited
Hair: ::69:: (left), BishWear (middle), Foam! (right)
Shoes: DeLa
Skins: Redgrave (left & middle), Free Speerit (right)
